I’m at a point in my life where I want to give away everything I’ve learned and make it accessible to the people who need it most.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in recovery and behavioral health while navigating my own challenges along the way. Those experiences have given me a perspective that’s grounded in both real life and real-world results.
People who know me often describe me as transparent, empathetic, and someone who’s willing to have honest conversations without judgment.
I created Solution Sessions because I believe getting help shouldn’t be complicated. Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do is sit down, tell the truth, and work together toward a practical solution.
If you leave our conversation with more clarity, more hope, and a better understanding of your next step, then we’ve accomplished exactly what we set out to do.
